Bi-metal M 51

Saw blades for cutting of tool steel and stainless steel up to the hardness of 50 HRC. The tooth tips are made of HSS-M51 steel with cobalt and tungsten content.

Maxtech 544 (531) / variable toothing

Characteristics:

tooth tips made of HSS M51 1.3207 ● especially strong shape of the tooth with a positive tooth face angle ● resistant to heat and deterioration tooth tips made of HSS M51 material increase the durability of the saw blade when cutting any possible hard and problematic materials.

Use:

  • steel up to tensile strength of approx. 1700 N/mm2
  • austenitic stainless steel
  • nickel-based alloys
  • titanium and special bronzes
  • full material of medium dimensions
  • thick-walled tubes.

Maxtech 537 / variable toothing

Characteristics:

accurate, borazon ground tooth tips made of HSS M51 1.3207 ● tooth with a specific positive tooth face angle combined with borazon sharpened geometry and variable group setting diverts chips perfectly ● faceted teeth ensure excellent saw blade guidance at lower vibrations ● hardness of the tooth tips is approx. 69 HRc which increases the durability of the saw blade and the cutting performance.

Use:

  • steel up to tensile strength of approx. 1700 N/mm2
  • heat resistant duplex steel
  • nickel-based alloys
  • titanium-based alloys
  • full material of medium dimensions.
