The driven ZKN3 log deck (3 m long, 3,5 m wide) allows transportation of logs with a maximum length of up to 9 m to the MPO3 log loader. Together with the log loader, it significantly increases the productivity of the entire cutting process and reduces secondary handling times to a minimum. It is capable of handling logs with a total weight of up to 15,000 kg. The horizontal movement of the logs is carried out by means of chains that are independently controlled by hydraulic motors. For safety reasons, we recommend fitting the end of the loader with ZAK3 stops (see accessories). The log deck can be equipped with a three-meter extension section with separate hydraulic motors. The deck can be easily controlled from a separate control panel by pressing the buttons. The control of individual components of the line can be combined into a larger control panel according to the customer’s requirements. If required to increase load capacity and rigidity, the system can be provided with an additional support (see accessories).

ZAK3 Log stop
It prevents logs from falling out of the deck accidentally. It is recommended as an end stop for every log deck.
